Measures by Lumen Lawyers in response to Covid-19

Dear clients and relations,

Because of the Corona virus (Covid-19), we have taken the necessary health and safety measures in a way that guarantees the continuity and quality of our work, as you have come to expect from us. We will of course keep a close eye on the reports from the authorities. We immediately follow up on new recommendations.

This means that:

• In principle, we all work from home and are easily accessible by telephone and e-mail;
• Our files are in a safe online work environment, accessible via well-secured laptops;
• Physical meetings are replaced by conference / video meetings;
• We have taken extra hygiene measures at the office, for the few times that one of us is present there;
• We also comply with regulations outside the office to minimize the risks for ourselves, each other and the other
