Chambers Global Practice Guide: White-Collar Crime 2020

On October 20, 2020, Chambers and Partners published the Chambers Global Practice Guide to White Collar Crime.

Lumen Lawyers’ Aldo Verbruggen and Jasmijn Dorant authored the Dutch chapter of this guide, which provides lawyers and all other practitioners with an overview of the various systems of repression in the specific field of white-collar crime, practical guidance regarding the application and enforcement of these laws, and insight into potential future developments.
